BLUE APPLE EVENT CENTER - BOOKING YOUR EVENT
GETTING STARTED
We have made it easy for you to plan and book your special event at the Blue Apple Event Center. To get started you only need to call us at 260-480-2400 and ask to speak with a Blue Apple Event Coordinator. We will walk you through every step of the way from planning to booking.
PLANNING YOUR EVENT
An Event Coordiator will meet with you and assist with every detail. From reserving your date, to choosing the entres to be served, to planning the music.
RESERVING YOUR EVENT DATE
Simply place a reservation from among the available dates and lock in your reservation with your deposit. This will ensure the date you have selected will be reserved for you and your event. Your Event Coordinator will assist you with these datails, too.
MAKING PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit is due at reservation. The balance is due seven (7) days before your scheduled event. Again, your Event Coordinator will explain this to you and assist with ensuring all is ready for your special event.
